A Seasonal Menu: Christmas Entertaining the English Way. With Kathryn Joel & Elyse Chatterton

Join English natives Kathryn and Elyse for an afternoon celebrating a menu of dishes inspired by Kathryn's memories of meals over the holidays back home in the UK. We'll send you home with the skills you need to perfect a sumptuous menu that is ideal for entertaining your family and friends over the holidays this year. We'll start with a selection of canapés, including a smoked mackerel paté, stilton gougères and soft cooked quail's eggs with maldon salt. Then we'll pan sear some scallops and serve them with bacon and a pea purée. And for the main course we'll teach you how to prepare and cook a Beef Wellington perfectly, and serve it with savoy cabbage and a homemade demi glace. For dessert, we'll be whipping up Kathryn's Sticky Toffee Pudding, a seasonal favourite throughout the UK. What better way to spend a wintry Sunday afternoon than in the kitchen? Join us!

Class Fee: $139 per person, plus GST. Your Fee Includes: a 4-hour class, a full meal with drink pairings and a recipe pack to take home.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your booking you must do so no less than 14 days prior to the date of your class in order to receive a refund.
