Pappardelle with Duck RaguCome and join us for this festive twist on our usual Italian Farmhouse classic.  As usual, we’ll be cooking up a full menu of dishes, from antipasti, to primisecondi and dolce.  But  in this special class we’re going to spoil you with a menu of Wild Boar, Duck and Quail as well as some delicious side dishes, plus a dessert to complement your Italian extravaganza.

Class Fee:  $125 per person.  Your Fee Includes:  a 4-hour class, a full meal, matched wines, a recipe pack and a copy of Kathryn’s resource list.
