Let us take you on a culinary journey through the Iberian peninsula as we explore Spain’s diverse regional specialties, from the tapas of Andalucía, to the cazuelas of Cataluña, the paellas of Valenciana and beyond. We’ll take a look at the flavours and ingredients that make Spanish cuisine what it is, from saffron and smoked paprika, to seafood and jamon. And as we do we’ll be preparing a sumptuous Spanish feast that will include a paella as the centrepiece of your meal.
Class Fee: $105 per person. Your Fee Includes: a 4-hour class, a full meal, matched wines, a recipe pack and a copy of Kathryn’s resource list.
