Learn to cook the Italian way, using the freshest local fare to produce the time-honoured dishes that make Italian food one of our favourite cuisines. You may not have an Italian Nonna, but we can help you learn to cook as if you did! We’ll be cooking up a full menu of dishes, from antipasti, to primi, secondi and dolce. Join us for a taste of la dolce vita!
Class Fee: $105 per person. Your Fee Includes: a 4-hour class, a full meal, matched wines, a recipe pack and a copy of Kathryn’s resource list.
