Put some ooh lah lah into your cooking as we explore a feast of French cuisine, with our inspiration taken from the bistros of France. We’ll show you simple ways to recreate some of the delicious bistro dishes that make French cuisine so great. Expect a full menu starting with a canapé and ending with dessert, and a focus on specific skills like sauces or soufflés. But as always I’ll be choosing the menu the week of the class, based on what’s in season at the time.
Class Fee: $105 per person. Your Fee Includes: a 4-hour class, a full meal, matched wines, a recipe pack and a copy of Kathryn’s resource list.
