Organizational Team Building

Eating together is great team building. Let’s turn up the heat and give you the chance to cook together, too. No experience is necessary. Simply bring your curiosity and enthusiasm – and appetite – we’ll provide the rest.

With your colleagues, spend a morning, afternoon or evening cooking an arrival canapé followed by a three-course meal to be enjoyed at the end of the session. When you arrive you’ll all work together to assemble your canapé, then you’ll each complete a simple inventory to determine your individual style. You’ll be divided into groups, each responsible for preparing a course for your meal – appetizer, main and dessert. During your meal, you’ll debrief your teaming styles and skills for application back at the office.

Menu Options:   Once you book your Team Event Kathryn will work with you to help you choose a theme and menu that both complements the team building exercise and fits your group’s tastes and preferences.  Katharine, our team expert, will consult with you ahead of time to determine your team’s objectives and dynamics.

TESTIMONIAL – Chris, Timber North

Group Class Testimonial

Speaking for all of our staff, we had an awesome time with Get Cooking …… The food was very delicious. New flavors and combinations for my pallet.

Overall it was a wonderful experience that I would not only recommend for others, but I would like to do it again. Perhaps I’ll try some of the recipe’s at home.

Thanks for a wonderful retreat activity!
